What specs are required to run Photoshop?

Photoshop is one of the most widely used graphic design software in the world. To run the software effectively, your computer should have certain specifications to ensure smooth performance. Here are the minimum system requirements for running Photoshop:

CPU: You need an Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support and a clock speed of at least 2 GHz.

RAM: 8 GB of RAM is the minimum requirement for running Photoshop. More RAM will give you better performance, but 8 GB is the minimum to run the software without any issues.

HDD: Photoshop requires a minimum of 4 GB of storage space on your hard drive.

GPU: Your computer should have DirectX 12 support and a minimum of 2 GB of memory. Having a dedicated graphics card will give you better performance and allow you to work with larger images and use more demanding features.

Operating System: Photoshop requires Windows 10 (64-bit) version 1809 or later.

If your computer meets these requirements, you should have no trouble running Photoshop. However, to get the most out of the software, it is recommended to have a computer with a powerful CPU and more than 8 GB of RAM.
