Tool tips are pop-up boxes that display information about the tool you are currently using in Adobe Photoshop. While they can be helpful for new users, they can become annoying for experienced users who prefer a clean interface. If you want to disable tool tips in Photoshop, follow these simple steps:
Step 1. Open Adobe Photoshop and go to the “Preferences” menu.
Step 2. Select “Interface” from the list of options. Step 3. Uncheck the box next to “Show Tool Tips.” Step 4. Close the Preferences window.
That’s it! The tool tips will no longer appear as you use Photoshop. If you ever need to turn tool tips back on, simply follow the steps above and check the box next to “Show Tool Tips.”
Note: The steps may vary slightly depending on the version of Photoshop you are using, but the process should be similar in all versions.
