Step 1: Open your black and white photo in Adobe Photoshop.
Step 2: Go to the “Filter” menu and select “Neural Filters.”
Step 3: From the list of available neural filters, select “Colorize.”
Step 4: Adjust the color settings until you are satisfied with the result. You can use the sliders to control the intensity and saturation of the colors, or use the color picker to select specific colors for different parts of the photo.
